CANCELLATION POLICY

Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your service. I realize at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If this is the case, we can work together to find a time that works best for you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it is not guaranteed that the service can still be provided. If I can’t accommodate you, you will be charged the cancellation fee of 50% of service booked.
