CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel/reschedule, my booking website will prompt you to email me. Please do not email me but instead message me on Facebook or Instagram. Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your service. I realize at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If this is the case, we can work together to find a time that works best for you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it is not guaranteed that the service can still be provided. If I can’t accommodate you, you will be charged the cancellation fee of 50% of service booked.
